Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all tags/accessories.
Change-of-mind or wrong-size/color orders (please check before purchasing).
Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective/incorrect).
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
